First - it is fun to get out the old pictures - you know the ones we took with real film - the ones that are all blurry but hold a ton of memories? Well, here are just a few to make you laugh :)

This is not a laughing one but one I am glad I have. My father on the right and my grandfather on the left. This is Grandpa Hank - my mothers father - this is one rare picture of him smiling.
In honor of Damon's 31st birthday - here he is at about 4 years old. A good slide is always fun.

Knottsberry Farm I believe. Cristy being a good big sister. It must have been stripe day :) The next set of pictures is a quiz. If you are not my kids you probably won't do very well - but you - my children ,might get a kick out of it. Name the time and event in the fewest pictures.

Remember this guy? Where and when?

Mile Square Park in CA - feeding the ducks and getting attacked by that goose. She loved Mandy's yellow socks. I had to put this picture in to show off Damon's legs in those great shorts. Sometimes growing up without allot of money is embarrassing. Next is a picture of Grant and Cristy. I love the look on Grants face.

Contest number two - what is Grant thinking here?
Well, so much for memory lane. But I must say that I think I have this scanning thing down. Look out world - I'm almost ready to accept the 21st century.

That is so fun! I think short shorts were stylish at the time, or at least they were for your boys, because grant's wearing them in half of the pictures i've seen from his childhood. But hey, when you've got nice legs you might as well show them off :)
I need a scanning lesson from you! I would love to put some old pictures up! By the way I love the shorts picture, that's my hubby, he does have long legs, and the girls are taking after him. I have looked at some pictures of Da as a baby recently, Jack looks so much like him! Ya for you, you get to "relive" your baby! You guys need to come for a visit
i think the picture of Grants face it the winner. it is amazing :)
It's funny how children never seem to lose the personality traits (and facial features) they have growing up. I can totally see Cristy's personality coming out in the second picture from the bottom. She still has that charming smile that could warm even the angriest of ducks.
